Welcome to the Yoga Shala

The Yoga Shala is based on a traditional South Indian yoga school. Designed to share the teachings and disciplines of the ancient health system of ‘yoga’.

The Yoga Shala bring’s the many benefits of yoga to our local community. Yoga can be practised by anyone and can be the most amazing foundation to bring both a strong, flexible body and mind.

This new Shala is proud to offer a variety of teachers covering a diverse range of yoga styles, which are consistent in quality, experience and tradition.

Starting 2nd April 2018 will see the launch of the new timetable adding more fantastic classes and hosting South Coast Ashtanga Yoga new Self Practice Programme. To read more about Ashtanga Yoga click here. Remember 10 mins a day is better then 2 hours once a week.
